The guys at consolekings were fantastic. I took my Nintendo DS to them with a poorly touch screen and had it back the following day like it was brand new. I had the 3 dreaded red lights appear on my xbox360 mid game. I didn't know what to do so being abit of a geek i went online to find out what had happened. There i found the console kingz site. I filled out the "call back" form on the home page and within 20 minutes i had a call back. The Chap that rang me back was really helpful and polite. I only lived a few miles from the shop so i decided to take my console down there. They fixed it that same day and posted it back out to me via a courier a no extra cost. ever since then i haven't had a problem with my 360.

Living in the middle of nowhere can be a bit of a burden, so when i found out that console kingz could arrange for a courier to come to my house to pick up my sons broken console i jumped at the chance. it was all done online and over the telephone. We had the fixed console returned to us in the space of 3 days. Its saved me lot of time and money. Truly a fantastic service!

The great thing about console kingz is that you don't pay a penny until your console is fixed.
