There are several ways of us receiving and returning you your console. Listed below are the options.

1. Collection and return delivery via OUR COUIER SERVICE

Once you have contacted us either by using the contact forms on the website or by calling us on 0406958554, we will arrange a date that suits you and have our courier service collect your console from you, Once repaired we will contact you again to arrange a delivery date that suits you. There is a $20 charge for this service, each way. Contents are fully insured.

2. you can post us your console

Package your console ( console only! no cables or controllers need to be sent ) as safely as possible and post it to us, once repaired we will send it back to you by our courier service (PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO SEND US YOUR CONSOLE WE SUGGEST THAT YOU HAVE INSURANCE AND USE RECORDED DELIVERY).

3 bring your console to us at the repair centre

If you live in or around the Bondi area simply bring your console into our repair shop, Our staff will be happy to serve you, we are currently renovating a shop so watch this space for this option to be available.

Please note that will not have to pay for your console repair until your console has been fixed.

The great thing about console kingz is that you don't pay a penny until your console is fixed.
