Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.Services and conditions of use
All of our products and services are guaranteed for 30 days or 2 further repairs within that 30 day period unless stated on the invoice. Unfortunately due to reoccurring hardware problems, not all consoles are fully repairable and the same problem may re-occur. In this circumstance, we are willing to repair the same fault as before up to 2 further times of the fault occurring after the initial repair.

We aim to provide the best possible service for our customers. All of our repairs are guaranteed. Please see the warranty section below. We reserve the right not to repair any console we deem to be economically beyond repair, or has been damaged after the repair has been completed and dispatched.
consolekingz.com.au Reserves the right to charge extra for problems not previously stated on the repair form. In this unlikely event, we will inform the customer of the extra charge before repairing the console. If at this point the customer decides not to continue with the repair.
Please be aware that during the course of repair it is possible that the symptoms may worsen whilst investigating the fault. If the console cannot be repaired, consolekingz.com.au accepts no responsibility for this eventuality.
During the course of repair it may be necessary to clear data stored in your console's memory. Please ensure data is backed up prior to sending your console in to us as we cannot guarantee data will be retained.

Payment for repairs
Payment is not necessary before repair has been undertaken. We will then contact you to make payment.
We accept Paypal, bank transfer and cash.
non supply of goods
In the event that we are unable to supply ordered goods,consolekingz.com.au shall in no way be liable for any consequential loss incurred through delays in supply or failure to supply. No compensation shall be payable. All products are supplied subject to availability. We are not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by actions or activities which are beyond our control including, but not limited to, lack of product availability from suppliers, damage caused through misuse or courier damage or defective manufacture of products which we supply.in addition we reserve the right to recover costs incurred for repairs not cliamed within a 60 day period.
receipt of goods
It is for you to ensure that the person who signs for the goods is entitled so to do. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred once delivery to the address you have specified has been made, nor are we responsible for the goods being accepted by the incorrect recipient at the receiving address. Goods must be inspected before being signed for to ensure they are the correct goods and are free from damage. If goods are signed for and then later reported damaged we reserve the right to refuse full refund based on that damage may have been caused after receipt of goods.

Goods may only be returned by specific prior arrangement and, excluding our error or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within the first 30 days, at your own cost. Goods are subject to prior inspection by either ourselves or our suppliers before any refund is given. Return of any goods that have been bought in error or are not suitable, where the buyer wishes to return them may be liable for a re-stocking fee. Also, when refunds are given, the refund will be for the value of the goods and delivery charges cannot be refunded.
